It features a silky dark chocolate Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, an Indonesian binder, and a blend of Nicaraguan, Colombian, and Dominican fillers. Handcrafted at the Tabacalera de Garcia factory in the Dominican Republic, the VegaFina 1998 VF was created to celebrate the 20th anniversary of this renowned brand. The blend was developed by the expert blenders of Altadis USA’s Grupo de Maestros.
