1. Legal Minimum Age

2. Age Gate
Upon entering the Website, all visitors are required to confirm that they are 18 years of age or older. Access to product information, pricing, and checkout is restricted to those who confirm their eligibility. The Website is not intended for use by minors.
3. Order-Level Verification

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where age cannot be satisfactorily verified prior to dispatch.
4. Delivery-Level Verification
Our courier partners may be instructed to request photo ID as proof of age at the point of delivery for certain orders. If the recipient cannot provide valid photo ID confirming they are 18+, delivery will be refused and the parcel returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. We do not refund original delivery charges where delivery is refused due to failure to prove age.

5. Purchasing on Behalf of Minors
